iPOP-UP at a glance
iPOP-UP works to bring you the best bioinformatic possible. It does so by structuring the UP bioinformatic community, bringing you top of the line computational ressources, or even via direct, in the lab, help.
Community
iPOP-UP is a structuring force within the Université Paris Cité bioinfirmatic community. Being a inter-campus hub, we often help researchers finding the right interlocutors for their bioinformatic questions, but we also organize several community events. The Bioinformatic meetings are an event open to all, and held on zoom for easy access, no matter in which campus you are working on, who puts the focus on the bioinformatic methods parts of the research. If you wish to participate or if you have suggestions for particular events, do not hesitate to reach out.
Direct help
We provide direct help to a few numbers of team following a call for project. We are currently assisting three different teams in their analysis of single nuclei data sets. This collaboration will lead to the writting of general guidelines on how to handle these kind of data.
Others call for projects will be launched once these collaborations are over. If you want to be informed when that will be the case or you want help for a more ponctual help, do not hesitate to contact us.
High Performance Cluster
To allow you to do large scale, ambitious project, requiring vast computational ressources, iPOP-UP partenered with RPBS to bring you a state of the art computing cluster, for all of your bioinformatic needs.
