📍Room F. Jacob (IJM)
🔓Open to all
The iPOP-UP seminar series welcomes Bertrand Cosson, Emeline Bruyère, and Mathilde Benadjaoud for an introduction to data integration, with a focus on transcriptome and translation.
Starting from core principles and illustrative examples, this session will explore how to combine different layers of omics data to better understand gene expression regulation.
🔬 For biologists and bioinformaticians, from beginners to experienced users, interested in transcriptomics, translatomics, and data integration approaches.
The iPOP-UP BioInfo Club is open to all. It gathers scientists who want to discover some computational approaches and tools used in genomics, image and structural bioinformatics and to learn by practice on site. The iPOP-UP BioInfo Club includes Institut Jacques Monod (IJM), Epigenetics & Cell Fate unit (EDC), Unité de Biologie Fonctionnelle et Adaptative (BFA) and Institut Cochin.
Meetings are in English. For most sessions, please bring your drink and your laptop. It can be Linux, Mac or Windows. We will let you know in advance when it is a practical session, presentation or discussion.
