RPBS
RPBS résulte de l’effort conjoint de plusieurs équipes de Bioinformatique Structurale de Paris pour promouvoir une ressource autour des thématiques de la Bioinformatique Structurale. La plate-forme est reconnue par le GIS (Groupement d’Intérêt Scientifique) IBISA (Infrastructures Biologie Santé et Agronomie) et est membre de l’IFB (Institut Français de Bioinformatique).
RPBS et iPOP-UP collaborent pour apporter un accès à un High Performance Cluster à la communauté bioinformatique de l’Université Paris Cité. RPBS entretien un cluster général, qui contient désormais une partition iPOP-UP, accessible aux chercheur·eurses de l’UPC, qu’iPOP-UP a permis de financer.
