POSTCODE: Uncovering Hidden Post-Transcriptional Regulation in Omics Data

The iPOP-UP platform welcomes Ismaël Boussaid (Institut Cochin) for a presentation of POSTCODE, a tool designed to re-analyze transcriptomic, proteomic, and ribosome profiling data to reveal hidden post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms.

POSTCODE leverages protein-to-RNA ratios (PTRs) and over 1,000 biologically informed features to explain RNA–protein discordances and uncover regulatory layers often missed by standard analyses.

🔬 For biologists interested in deeper functional interpretation of omics data and post-transcriptional regulation.
