Vous travaillez dans un laboratoire de l’Université Paris Cité et vous avez des analyses à faire tourner sur un cluster de calcul haute performance ?
La plateforme iPOP-UP vous propose une formation gratuite pour apprendre à utiliser efficacement cette ressource.
🎯 Objectifs de la formation
Cette session s’adresse aux biologistes et couvrira :
🔹 Les bases du fonctionnement d’un cluster HPC
🔹 Comment accéder au cluster iPOP-UP
🔹 Les bonnes pratiques pour soumettre ses jobs et tirer le meilleur parti de la ressource
🔧 Prérequis
- ✅ Être à l’aise avec la ligne de commande (
cd,mkdir,nano/vi,ls, etc.) - ✅ Disposer d’un compte iPOP-UP (à demander ici si besoin : https://discourse.rpbs.univ-paris-diderot.fr/c/ipop-up/account-requests/26)
