Hello everyone, we are organizing (free) training sessions on how to use the iPOP-UP@RPBS High-Performance Computing resource. These sessions are open to any biologist from a lab at Université Paris Cité. The course covers the basics of what an HPC cluster is, how to access the iPOP-UP cluster, and how to make the best use of its resources. We plan to organize these training sessions based on demand. If you are interested, please contact us to express your interest and be informed about the next available session. The training will take place in the Lamarck A building, 35 rue Hélène Brion, Paris 13.

Prerequisites:

  • You are comfortable using a terminal (commands such as cd, mkdir, nano/vi, ls, etc.).
  • You already have an iPOP-UP cluster account (if you don’t, please email  to request one).

We look forward to seeing you there!

Best wishes from your trainers!
