This 2nd edition of the “AI Bioscripting” symposium explores the latest advances in artificial intelligence applied to bioinformatics, with a focus on scripting and tool development for multi-omic data. The event will include sessions tailored to beginner and expert levels, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and opportunities for national and international collaboration.
Provisional program
- Opening session: Presentations by national and international experts on AI and bioinformatics.
- Hands-on workshops:
- Beginners: Using generative AI for the basics of scripting (Python, R).
- Experts: Advanced pipeline optimization and software development with AI.
- Discussion panels: Challenges and best practices for integrating AI into bioinformatics processes.
- Closing session: Future prospects and potential collaborations.
International visibility
The event is part of a national and European initiative, in partnership with IFB, ELIXIR, and the CNRS MERIT network.
