Workshop on AI for Software Development and Biological Data Analysis – 2nd Edition

This 2nd edition of the “AI Bioscripting” symposium explores the latest advances in artificial intelligence applied to bioinformatics, with a focus on scripting and tool development for multi-omic data. The event will include sessions tailored to beginner and expert levels, hands-on workshops, panel discussions, and opportunities for national and international collaboration.

 

Provisional program

  • Opening session: Presentations by national and international experts on AI and bioinformatics.
  • Hands-on workshops:
    • Beginners: Using generative AI for the basics of scripting (Python, R).
    • Experts: Advanced pipeline optimization and software development with AI.
  • Discussion panels: Challenges and best practices for integrating AI into bioinformatics processes.
  • Closing session: Future prospects and potential collaborations.

International visibility
The event is part of a national and European initiative, in partnership with IFB, ELIXIR, and the CNRS MERIT network.
