📢 Free Training – Getting Started with the iPOP-UP@RPBS Computing Cluster

 

Hello everyone,

Are you working in a lab affiliated with Université Paris Cité and need to run analyses on a high-performance computing (HPC) cluster?
The iPOP-UP platform invites you to a free training session to help you make the most of this powerful resource.

 

🎯 Training Objectives
This session is designed for biologists and will cover:

🔹 The basics of how an HPC cluster works
🔹 How to access the iPOP-UP cluster
🔹 Best practices for submitting jobs and using the resource efficiently

 

🔧 Prerequisites
✅ Basic command-line knowledge (cd, mkdir, nano/vi, ls, etc.)
✅ An active iPOP-UP cluster account
