About us

iPOP-UP is Université Paris Cité’s bioinformatics platform, dedicated to supporting and assisting research teams with bioinformatics needs. Its primary mission is to facilitate the analysis of complex omics data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, etc.) by providing access to a high-performance computing cluster and personalized support tailored to the needs of scientific projects.

The platform also plays a key role in developing bioinformatics skills through training sessions, tutorials, and, in the near future (recruitment underway), direct assistance in laboratories. In collaboration with Genom’ic, iPOP-UP offers access to translatome analysis through ribosome profiling, combining sample preparation and data analysis to address researchers’ specific needs.

By bringing together expertise and promoting the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), iPOP-UP strengthens collaboration among research teams and helps make bioinformatics an accessible and indispensable tool for Université Paris Cité’s scientific community.
