iPOP-UP is the bioinformatics platform of Université Paris Cité, dedicated to supporting, training, and connecting bioinformaticians and researchers. This website aims to centralize tutorials, courses, and information about bioinformatics-related events we organize or participate in.

In collaboration with its partners, iPOP-UP also offers innovative services, such as ribosome profiling, and personalized technical support for scientific projects.

The platform also hosts the iPOP-UP BioInfo Club, which organizes monthly meetings (talks, discussion, hands-on sessions) on tools and approaches in bioinformatics (genomics, imaging and structural…), bringing together members from several units (IJM, EPC, BFA, Institut Cochin…).

A dedicated iPOP-UP@RPGS computing cluster is available to the iPOP-UP community. It features multiple partitions managed with Slurm, as well as graphical access through JupyterHub. Accounts can be requested via the “Forum” tab on the website.

Feel free to contact us for any tutorial, training, or event you would like to see featured on this platform.

Together, let’s work to make bioinformatics more accessible and collaborative!
