iPOP-UP is the bioinformatics platform of Université Paris Cité, dedicated to training, scientific support, and networking for academic bioinformaticians and researchers. In collaboration with its partners, iPOP-UP also provides innovative services, such as ribosome profiling.

Training:

To improve your bioinformatics skills, iPOP-UP offers self-paced tutorials and training courses.

Scientific Support:

To support your scientific projects and help you make the right technical, resource, and tool-related choices, iPOP-UP provides personalized technical assistance.

Computing Resources:

To increase your data analysis capabilities, iPOP-UP provides access to a computing cluster (iPOP-UP@RPBS).

Innovative technology:

To fully exploit the potential of RNA, iPOP-UP shares its expertise in ribosome profiling, from wet lab experiments to final data analysis.

Network:

To foster exchange and knowledge sharing, iPOP-UP invites you to join the iPOP-UP Bioinfo Club, which offers meetings focused on bioinformatics tools and approaches.
