An Introduction to Single-Cell RNA-seq: Applications and Challenges
The iPOP-UP platform welcomes Nikolaos Konstantinides (Institut Jacques Monod) and Lilia Younsi (Institut Cochin) for an interactive introduction to single-cell RNA-seq.
Starting from core principles and real-use examples, the session will open up to discussion on key analytical and biological challenges, including data interpretation, biases and limitations, and reproducibility.
🔬 For biologists and bioinformaticians, from beginners to experienced users, interested in single-cell transcriptomics and best practices.
