We are delighted to welcome Emeline Bruyère, who joined the iPOP-UP platform on December 8, 2025, as a Bioinformatics Research Engineer. With a background in Bioinformatics, Mathematics, and Life Sciences, Emeline brings her expertise to the scientific community by supporting biologists in omics data analysis, the use of the HPC computing cluster, and the implementation of best practices promoting robust and reproducible analyses. Among her responsibilities, Emeline will notably contribute to the development of iPOP-UP resources and tutorials.
Her arrival strengthens the permanent iPOP-UP team and fully aligns with our mission to support, train, and develop bioinformatics services.
